“I placed an order for a bag, when I checked the status of my order it kept saying unfulfilled. Three weeks later because of no explanation and reassurance from customer service I asked for a refund which was honoured. One star for the refund. DO NOT BUY FROM CETTIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

They told me in an original email it would take up to 10 business days to receive my refund, however here we are over 2 months in and still nothing. I’ve emailed countless times but get zero response.

“I bought a pair of boots and Cettire shipped a pair of boots in the wrong size, that appear to be worn or returned by another customer. Their customer service is unresponsive, takes over a week to get a reply, the company does not provide any exchanges, and charges a very high fee for returning merchandise (even if they sent the wrong product) which may result in no refunds at all.”
“Similar to many of the other reviews, Cettire’s customer service is awful. I also tried to return some articles that were too big but got no response. When I finally did they said that it was outside of the window so I would not be able to return. But the reason why it was outside of the window was because they didn’t respond to my 3 attempts to get in touch with them. I also am working with AMEX to dispute the charges. They do not have a phone number either so no chance of getting in touch with them unless its on their timeline.”
“I ordered my boots on 01/06/2023. I have yet to revive an email about if the item have been shipped or any type of estimated shipping time. I emailed them 3 days after I placed prefer to get est time on shipping and they responded 2 days later with a tour order is being prepared email. It’s no way besides email to contact these ppl. “Total scam. Horrendous! Ordered a purse for 1500 euros, received a smaller version listed for 900 euros. Have been emailing customer service daily (it's been 7 days) zero reply. Online refund module doesn't work and throws an error whatever you do so I'm entirely stuck. Taking this up with AMEX - hopefully they can do something. Please do yourself a favour and AVOID.”

“I don’t even know how to begin with. I ordered some Off-White shoes, spent close to $400. The shoes shipped super fast but for some reason the carrier which is DHL left my shoes in a locker room on top of some other mail. They did not put it in my locker. So, of course someone stole my shoes. After filing a claim and sending them emails for over a month and a half they sent me this.

I know that’s probably not the stores fault but to leave a customer hanging like this I don’t think is good business. I showed them proof of my complaints to DHL as well but nothing happened. At the end I guess I’ll have to call my bank and report the charge as fraudulent because really both DHL and cettire customer service suck!”
“TERRIBLE customer service. I issued a cancellation order minutes after my purchase and despite the eligible 24-hour periods, I was denied of a cancellation order because the item has already been shipped when my request was viewed, even though I asked for a cancellation hours before the shipping. I was then reassured that I would be able to return my product but I was immediately denied of a return once again and the staff have yet to respond to my strong complaints”
“I ordered a polo shirt for my son, was to big, wanted to return for refund and then buy a size smaller, they didn’t send a confirmation email so I didn’t have an order number, I emailed them 28th December to ask what it was and explain the situation to then be told I was out of the time frame to return so I couldn’t return it! Even though it’s taken them nearly 3 weeks to reply to my email which is why I’m out of the time frame! So I’m now I’m stuck with a top that’s to big!! I would advise not to use this website as their customer service is so poor”
“This is my first time buying from them. They tell you 3-7 business days for them to get your order out, but it’s been more days than that and my item has not shipped. Customer service gives you the same generic answer as the website and it takes them at least a week before the respond to you if they do. I wish I had seen the terrible reviews before I ordered from them.”
