“In my experience Cettire is garage. They take unreasonably long times to respond to emails. They took extremely long times to ship items, and after that length of time only shipped half my order claiming the other item was out of stock. Why was I allowed to purchase it then? They should fix their broken site. Cettire also refused to refund Taxes & Duties after I returned an item. In my opinion, this is not their money to keep, and it's the first time I've ever seen a merchant refuse to return Duties after a return. I wouldn't wish this site on my worst enemy.”

I made a purchase on10th Jan 2023. Item arrived and was too big. I created a online return and send parcel back with DHL. Item was received back to them on 3rd FEB 2023 its been over 20 days and still waiting on my REFUND. They dont reply and when they do they state waiting on returns team to advise outcome! They didn't have the item in my size in stock. Day 20 and still waiting for my own money back. they take 3-4 days to reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, THEY ARE A SCAM”

The item was in stock when I purchased it. They offered a different color, which I accepted. FOUR DAYS LATER and the item still hasn't shipped, I ended up disputing the charge with my card.”

“They sell fake items.I ordered Valentino heels from them and compared it with the same heels from Valentino’s the measurements of the back of the shoes from CETTIRE was slightly shorter.I contacted CETTIRE several times regarding the issue I heard the same answer it’s illegal for us to sell fake items but they never answered my question why the measurement of the back of the shoes was shorter than the one from Valentino’s. Seriously if u don’t compare the item u can be fouled. Because it’s almost 99% similar if it wasn’t for the measurement I had no idea that the item is fake. I paid for a fake item that I’m stuck with.
I never write reviews but people should be aware of what they are buying . These are designer items and they are expensive and I’m sure that nobody want to pay that kind of money for a fake item. I bought a lot of other items from CETTIRE and I’m not sure if they are fake or not because I never compared them. I hope my review would help you.”

“I should’ve listened to these reviews. I ordered a pair of Jimmy choo boots and they looked worn inside, had scuff marks and was too small on me. They charged me $25 to ship it back to them which is insane! What’s worse is that I still didn’t receive my refund! I got no return confirmation email or a refund confirmation email! I literally had to email them asking where tf my refund is and all they said was “Once we receive feedback, we will proceed with the refund accordingly.” Like what does that mean ?!?! Sucha headache.
