“If I could give a zero star I would. They shipped me the wrong item. I contacted them and shipped the item back right away. Never shipped me the correct item, nightmare dealing with their customer service, they will give you the same message that they are waiting for review by the management. Finally they refunded me but deducted $25 fee for the mistake they committed. No apology nothing. Do not use them is my advice”

“Incredibly frustrating shopping experience that I would have never thought to associate with a site dealing with luxury goods. Customer service is almost nonexistent and every single emails to them took at least 4 days to get a reply.
Product came with defects. Returned the product for a full refund but have yet to receive a response from them a full month after they’ve received the return and the team in charge has not gotten to it to verify the condition of the return. Had to file a chargeback to get my money back and that will take another 2 months.
I will never shop with them ever again nor recommend them to my worst enemy. This experience is not worth the 10% savings that you get!”

Being overseas I ordered Bottega' winter boots.
while they were in transit i managed to find same boots in the country i was visiting and asked my son to send the boots back as soon as they arrived.
The package was not opened, just new AWB issued by HDL and sent back for a refund.
Contacting Cettire three weeks after the boots were sent back I was notified that they received damaged pair from me! - there are some wrinkles and scratches on the leather.
Their package was not opened and sent back.
Cettire don't check the condition of the item they send to a client in the meantime reject it when received back for a refund and refer to their Refund condition which states that Items should be new and unused.
