How to report to get refund? they sent incorrect item but didn’t refund it. Are they stealing money?

Can someone launch a mass complaint to the company or the directors or Amy governmental authority. Bought a shirt and totally no update of status . Its been closed to 2 weeks . Emails totally went unanswered and ignored. Can we legally file a mass suit to the company Roger

Avoid this retailer unless you want to be scammed out of money! I ordered a pair of sunglasses and the issues started once they arrived in U.S. customs. Due to FDA regulations all sunglasses are considered a medical device (which Cettire CLEARLY knows by now), however, Cettire failed to include the required information to clear customs. It took me emailing their customer service 3 times and the better part of the week before any action was taken. But the problems continue. Now, DHL is telling me that I owe $45 in duties! This is in spite of the Cettire website stating that "Duties and taxes are included in your order and you will not be required to make any additional payments to the courier upon importation. Any applicable duties and taxes are specified in the checkout." Of course, Cettire is ignoring the subsequent 3 emails I've sent them asking to pay the duties. Also, I have reported them to Klarna as they need to know they're offering a vehicle for payment to an unscrupulous retailer. To only offer an email address as a contact method should be a huge red flag, and I'm disappointed that I missed this before placing my order. Never, never again will I order anything from this website, and I urge you to take my awful experience (and so many others) seriously!

Terrible experience, I never got my package. I was out on the road and get a notification that my package was delivered. How? Signature was supposed to be required for delivery. I get home and nothing is there. Contact Cettire and they tell me my parcel has been marked as delivered (No *hit) and send me POD. I tell them the signature provided IS NOT my signature. Now Cettire and DHL want to give me the runaround.

How to get refund from them? They deliver wrong item and didn’t refund a full amount Until now. Is anybody knows how to solve it?

Do not ever buy anything from here. They keep prices low by not issuing a refund when you send an item back to return. Keep in mind there is no phone number. They just stop responding to emails.

I lost almost 500.00 to this unscrupulous company. Never, ever purchase anything from this company, CETTIRE. A scam!!!!! Returns are a joke. You will lose if you return anything. Administrative fees are BS. Dr. LP

Don't order from here! They send you the wrong item and then charge you for shipping and returns. From a 129.95 order I only got refunded £79.95, when they sent me a shirt which was a completely different colour to the one I ordered!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Received an empty box without my Bottega shoes. Customer service doesn’t respond! Insane they are allowed to still do business!!

Worst customer support. I returned sneakers, which they sent me completely wrong size in September and still haven't received any response. Same response every time and nothing done. never buy anything from them, it's scam

Prepare not to get your money back after they say they've made a mistake and your order is out of stock. You will never hear back from them after they say your item is out of stock. They will give you the option to cancel the order but will never get back to you.

Returns our NIGHTMARE. lost money because They only allow returns during the week (no weekeends) and during their time window. your not allowed to simply send it back yourself. A Carrier picks it up. So because of this I had to leave my package outside and go to wrk and now the package is missing. Worst company I have EVER dealt with and will nvr shop here again. Will also encourage friends and family to BEWARE of this site. Also I was returning the item to begin with because it wasn't original product. And there's still a 25 dollar fee for returning anything for any reason . BEWARE

Prepare to be disappointed. Unavailable items sold on their website! I still haven't received a shipment confirmation days after I ordered a bag, so I emailed customer service enquiring when my bag would ship out. Only then did I receive a response saying that while they were preparing my order, they realised the item was out of stock and offered me either 110% store credit or a refund. I rechecked the site, and the item is still being sold. As of writing, there are two items of the same style, size and colour being sold at different prices. I kindly asked them to check again for stocks because it's quite a slip-up from their end. I still haven't heard back from them, but so far, this first-time experience purchasing anything from Cettire has been unpleasant. We all expect an accurate inventory, impeccable logistics and customer service from these luxury brand sellers but sadly, that's not what I experienced with them. I'm quite disappointed!

Ordered bag in one colour. Got sent the bag in another colour. Their website says they don’t do exchanges, only refund on return of goods less a fee. Twice I explained in detail, together with links to my order etc that they had failed to actually select and dispatch the bag in the colour that I had ordered. I expresslysaid I expect full refund given error was theirs. And they finally admitted in email that the error was theirs and asked if I wanted an exchange, despite that their bloody FAQs says they don’t off et exchanges. I declined to allow them to bugger it up again. Took 3 weeks but finally got refund but less about AUD$32! I know it’s not much money but the cheek of these cretins to charge a customer a handling fee all because they cannot organise to do the simplest task correctly. Infuriatingly bad customer service and appalling attitudes. Avoid Cettrie at all cost.

Guys do not buy anything from this company. I have had similar experience in the last two weeks as others on here. No response to emails, spent over $1800 and have filed a claim via my bank. I have let them know. no shipping details and i asked them to cancel it. But no confirmation on cancellation or refund status. FRAUD.

The company is a scam. They will "lose" your returned merchandise and there's nothing you can do about it, especially if you are in the United States. I just got ripped off for nearly $300, so this is a warning to all Americans even considering buying there.

Don’t buy things from this website if you are not from Australia. I ordered a YSL wallet from them in September. Few days later they replied by email saying it’s out of stock and in the email Cettire admitted it was inadvertently showing this item as available when it was already sold out. In the order confirmation email, the wallet should be charged at TWD(currency) $18,846. However, in the bank statement, Cettire has charged the currency in AUD which resulted in additional offshore service margin fee TWD$283. I have requested them to refund the TWD$18,846 and the additional offshore service margin fee TWD$566 (when they refund the wallet, I have been charged another offshore service margin fee $283 again!) but they only want to refund $18,846 and refused the offshore service margin fee $566. In this transaction I received nothing but lost TWD$566 credit card offshore margin fee because of their error.
