“Buyer beware! This is a very dishonest website. I used their size guide to order a pair of boots and despite sounding off, I figured it was from a different country and went with their suggestion. The boots were over 2 sizes too big. Sent them back immediately and Cettire refused to reimburse me taxes and duties paid. That was over $135 of lost money. Who doesn’t refund taxes and duties when an item is returned??? On top of that, their guide was incorrect. It is shameful that they kept this money off my purchase. Customer service is terrible! They didn’t even allow an exchange for the correct size. STAY AWAY. It’s not worth the discount!”
“Do no order from this fraudulent company!!!! They will never send out your order and when you try to cancel they will charge you a cancellation fee which is ridiculous. Also, customer service will take ages to reply to you. I will never order from this website ever again.”

Sent me a faulty bag and took weeks to get responses from anyone, I had to send a follow up email every time to find out what’s happening, no one ever emailed me first!! After I returned the bag they just kept it and never contacted me so I had to follow up again to find out what was happening with my refund, when I finally got refunded they charged me for the postage even though the product was faulty! Now I’m waiting AGAIN to find out what’s happening about postage reimbursement and I’ve had to send another follow up email! WORST, PUTRID SERVICE EVER. One arrived, perfect, no problem.
The other item arrived one week later and didn't fit right away I started the return, and they replied I couldn't return the item.
Their return policy is ten days after you click place order. Not when you received it. Spend a little more by from well-known companies.”

They sent me 4 labels, returned all in one pkg, using one of the labels they provided They then chastised me for sending with the incorrect label. How could I distinguish one from the other. They said they were going to charge me administrative costs. Got credit for one item so far with 25.00 deducted for adminstrative cost. Spent over 600.00. Never shop at Cettire. Will have AX to follow up to get my money returned. If you want to be ensured of getting good customer service and products. don't buy at Cettire. Never! Dr. P”

“Beware before ordering from this site. Their shipping times are unpredictable and they maintain a very short return window. I ordered a pair of (expensive) shoes, shipping was delayed and the shoes were delivered after I left for a two week vacation. When I returned and actually received the shoes, they did not fit. I reached out, they refused to accept a return. I followed up and they requested pictures of the shoes, packaging etc. so my request could be reviewed. I sent the pictures showing the shoes are in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached and all original packing in perfect condition. After a lengthy delay (on Cettire's part) my request to return was again denied.”
“A week ago I placed an order that I should receive it in 2-7 business days. Instead of it after 4 days they sent me an email that the product was out of stock, (although it is until now in the site and anyone can buy it ).and they asked me if I wanted the voucher with a 10% extra or my money back. so they told me that they would wait for my answer and If the item was back in stock they would send it to me. Although I answered them the same day that I found another bag and that I would like them to check if it is available and if it is in stock I would get the voucher they have never answered me. They don’t answer in my emails for days after this email they don’t respond .they are fraud. They got my money and they don’t have the intention to give it back. I think they tried to gain time so that they wait to have the item in stock but I don’t want it anymore. I want an answer now. and I would say I want my money now.”
