“Cettire is a scam. I had ordered sunglasses and it’s been 5 weeks that is delayed delivery because Cettire charged me full amount but never paid customs. The customer service doesn’t cadre nor respond. I have asked for my refund and they refused. So no merchandise after 5 weeks and no clue”

“I have had a few positive experiences with cettire in the past. most recently, however, I purchased a Saint Laurent jumpsuit that arrived with a dirty hem. For the discount, I can live with that.
But two weeks ago I ordered a pair of shoes and they still haven’t shipped! Customer service told me it can take ten days to ship an item, but actually their website says up to ten days to RECEIVE an item. Upon my second contact, customer service said they would ‘attempt to intercept my order to cancel it’. I replied that I’d really most like to receive the item. I was told they couldn’t provide a shipping date at this time. How ridiculous. After two weeks you still don’t know when you can ship an item? And you need to ‘intercept it’ to cancel it, yet you don’t even know when it will ship? What a load of bull.
They’ve also gotten more expensive in the last year. You must now pay duties AND taxes. (Wtf? Why both?)”

I bought two matching items that would go together as a gift. I was charged for both items and then cettire canceled one of them as they said it was out of stock. I asked to cancel the entire order then as I didn’t want one item without the other. They wouldn’t. I had to go through a return process after I received one of the items and they charged me 25$ to return it. They received the order back but never issued the refund, I haven’t seen my money in months. After going back and forth with online support I finally had to go through my credit card company to get a refund!! Terrible experience and terrible customer service.”

“This is the worst company ever. I received my order with the shipping box the shoe box but no shoes were inside the box. The box do not appear to be tampered with so I reached out to let them know that I believe this was a warehouse issue. CETTIRE immediately stated that they would investigate however they came back and told me that after the investigation there was no faults on their end. The shipping label clearly states that the package was .5 kg. I find it hard to believe that a pair of shoes shipping box and shoebox only weighs .5 kg the company does not want to señorita nor the product I would suggest never ordering from them again.”
“Major issues with this company is their return policy and they deny the damage came from their end. I bought several tshirts and two of them came with small makeup stains on. I returned it and they obviously tried to clean the stain off and they sent it back saying The shirts look like been washed which can’t be refunded according to their policy. It’s a scam…they only take your money and will not help to fix your problem.”
“I have been using their service for quite a while now and never had issues before until recently. I bought a few items online and sent few items back and opted for "online store credit"
I was supposed to get ~ $452 back for items I returned but I only received $220 !! Upon contacting their customer service I was told that there has been a change in their return policy ! From now on there will be a deduction of $30 per item you return plus you won't get money back for taxes and shipping !! This is absolutely ridiculous !!
You do not get any message or alert/warning when you are processing a return, they have simply updated their return policy on their page and started stealing people's money !
I will not be doing shopping with them in future and you've been WARNED !!”

“It's my first time to make a purchase from Cettire and it is a horrible experience. I bought a roger vivier clutch, and found out there is a scratch on its back. They don't offer exchanges. All I can do is to return the defective bag then place a new order, which means I need to pay 25 dollars for shipping and will not get my duties back. Will never purchase anything from Cettire again. It is a big FRAUD of delibrately sending something damaged and offer no exchange services. Very disappointed.”
