“I bought McQueen heels for $600+, actual retail is $1160. That’s the problem right there, when something is too cheap to be authentic it’s usually fake. The shoe was supposed to be white but had some lime green discoloration and the heels felt like plastic and about to break as I walked in them. I’ve since returned the shoes and bought a real pair from Neiman Marcus and sure enough the heels are much more sturdier than the ones from Cettire. I will personally not shop there again, 1 fake item spoils it for the rest of their store items even if they claim it to be authentic.”
“This company is a scam DONOT BUY FROM THEM. They will send fake products and if you return it the will never process your refund. They will constantly tell you the matter is being escalated this company is TRASH. Bottom of the barrel trash. Don’t give this people a penny of your money their so many options out there. DONOT trust this company for no reason. NONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!”
“Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! Ordered a pain of shoes. When I got them, they just didn’t fit since they were European sizes. I immediately returned them & received confirmation a few days later that they were delivered to the company. I’m going on over 2 months & no refund. Completely unacceptable! I’ve been emailing them constantly and just get a generic ‘we’re looking into it.’ Buyer Beware! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!”
“Absolutely horrific experience with a faulty item. 5 weeks for them to finally accept the item was faulty and offer a return and credit only for them to completely ghost me. Ten days later, no replies to my emails, no return postage details.
I would never trust a large purchase with them again, many more reputable online stores with the same brands that honour warranties. Your money is safer with them.

“Fake products and CS worsts! I brought Balenciaga shoes and McQueen rings , the quality is absolutely bad and look Fake! Check photos! Wouldn’t shop there anymore!”
“ZERO STAR IF I COULD. Received an incorrect item and have been in contact with their CS the moment I received the shipment a week ago. I sent multiple photos of the incorrect item, providing all evidence that they made the mistake and the item is still intact. After a few back and forth emails, I just received a reply basically threatening me that the item needs to be in DHLs possession within 10 days of receiving. How do I return without a label? And why does it take a week to "review" your mistake? Looks like the only thing left to do is to call my credit card company and report fraud. BUYERS BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM CETTIRE!!!!”
“You are really NOT sorry! So, I received the $600 pair of shoes I ordered sometime on a Thurs. I got home well past dark so not sure about timing. Tried them on Fri and they were WAY too big! Immediately sat down and sent Cetire an email saying I needed a return label but was leaving the country for 15 days very early on Sun. When I got home I had an email that basically said "too bad!" Evidently I would have had to get them to the airport or far north Austin on Fri in order to return them before my trip. DHL is the worst as well!! If I had know they used DHL I wouldn't have ordered them to begin with. Anyway I am stuck w/$600 Feragammo's still in the original packaging that don't even come close to my original size. Just stuck!! Never again!! From now on I will stick with reputable stores like Niemans. At least they would be fair. I buy European shoes all the time and know my size. These were either mis-sized or just run very wide. I'd sat avoid at all costs!!”
“I bought a shirt for my father in law. Never buy from these crooks. They do not do replacement if the clothes do not fit. And who in this day and age has a 14 day return period internationally!?
Not only that the shirt looked like it had been wrapped and pressed on by 4year old. To pay this kind of money and receive this customer service. I recommend using someone else.”
“This merchant is not someone I suggest. My Dsquared sneakers broke after only two days and a few wears; of course, the complaint was a manufacture issue and a pair of $300 (on sale) sneakers shouldn't break after a few wears.
I was advised to take the sneakers to my neighborhood cobbler by their customer care representative Heather!
That's not how you conduct business in the US, and I'm already taking legal action against them to make sure they never sell anything here im US, ever again.”
“Delay in shipment - returned a month and 1/2 ago - still have not received my refund - customer service keeps saying “technical issue” with financial provider with no further explanation - out $2,600”
“Firstly, I ignored the bad reviews relating to refunds that I've seen online, hoping I wouldn't need to return the item. In this case, Cettire told me my item was out of stock after paying, and having me wait 5 days. Not only did they say the item is out of stock, but they are still listing this item on their site in 3 available sizes. I'm not entirely sure how Cettire operate, and I wouldn't want to speculate, but my feeling is they source their items from elsewhere and act a middle (see gray market sales which have been gaining traction in recent years) to sell items they may not even be able to get hold of. I'd like to be wrong, but their website doesn't reflect the stock they carry so why offer it for sale? Something else to note, they specify in the email I have two options, then don't list any. Be warned, I was optimistic and have left disappointed.”
“I sent 3 emails, after an initial email that they did answer, requesting for a cancellation as I’m well within the 24 hours cancellation policy and also that the item hasn’t been shipped yet. But no more replies to confirm the cancellation of my order. And I emailed minutes after she emailed. Then I emailed a few hours later and a third email a few hours later, but no answer. I sent a fourth email a few hours later again, but still no answer. So now I am utterly frustrated and will keep sending emails until I get the answer and my money back.
I will step up and call VISA to claim a fraud if the 10th email is still unanswered.”
“THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
I ordered a pair of shoes for a christmas present last year. The wrong size was sent, when i returned them it took 2 months for them the "review the return". Once they had "reviewed the return" and advised i was eligible for a refund, I was told 7 working days for the return. That was in February, It has been 4 months and I have still not review a refund. They reply to every email saying "we have forwared this email on to management". DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.”
