They said it takes 10 days, yet i have nothing! The item was in VERY poor condition and looked worn!!! This year, I purchased the Valentino Uniqueform Boots from Cettire. They are a $2000AUD boot that I was able to get on sale for a bit over $1000AUD. After wearing them for only a few hours, the sole completely dislocated from the shoe. I contacted Cettire explaining that I loved the boots and wasn't after a refund, but would like a replacement pair as this was unacceptable to have such a high price point, luxury pair of shoes completely break after just a few hours of wear. Initially, they rejected to help me & offered only a 10% refund which was absolutely unacceptable in the situation, it wouldn't have even covered the cost of having them repaired. After pushing back & WEEKS of negotiation & having my emails palmed off, they finally agreed to offer me a store credit. I asked if they could ensure this was processed promptly, as I would love to rebuy the exact same shoes before they sold out. They said the store credit would take 10-15 days to be processed after receiving my return. I sent the shoes back promptly the day they provided me with the return label. My return was received on 7 May 2022. It has now been almost TWO MONTHS, that they have been in possession of the product & they have STILL not processed my store credit. As someone who also owns an ecommerce store, I know that creating a store credit is a simple task that takes only a few minutes, and there is NO EXCUSE for why this would take months to do.
I have emailed numerous times over the past two months & continually been told that they will have an update in a few days, they don't work on weekends, someone will look at this next week, it's been upgraded to urgent, etc, etc & yet still NOTHING has been done. At this point, having been without product or compensation for almost two months, I feel I have been stolen from by Cettire. I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC & will be reaching out to the CEO as well as board members of Cettire.
I am beyond disgusted to receive such a low standard of service from a luxury brand. I will never EVER shop with them again & recommend that you do not shop with them for risk of ending up out of pocket with no product as well.

“I purchased the Jacquemus pants on the website for a good price when the package arrived the pants were just huge, you need to have at least 2 meters to use it so I returned. If you are in the US don't even bother to make your return! The package took more than a month to be delivered to their warehouse in Italy. It already passed 2 weeks that they received my package and no refund was issued! When you ask about the refund they say we are still checking... they dont give your refund back! Terrible service! Don't recommend! First they said it would take 7 days business days after the 7 business days that they received my package they didnt give a time. Its is so frustrating!”
