Really bad customer service. I returned a longchamp bag I receive, because it arrived with a made in china tag. When the website description stated it was made in France. This particular bag is made in France, I checked with the longchamp store in Melbourne. I am 100% certain the bag is fake. The cettire have received the bag back now, for over a week. I’ve asked for my refund, and They keep asking me to be patient because the item hasn’t gone through their quality control check as yet. This is against the law withholding money from a customer when the item is returned. Please do not purchase from this website.”
“I bought a Burberry onsie for my 6 month old back in February for my son who was due in March. I washed it last week so he could finally wear it and half the ‘burberry” letters came off and they refuse to exchange to replace as its “wear and tear”. Their delivery and return policy is not at al what you would expect to be true in Europe (i cannot imagine that it is legal for them to apply their rules while doing business with us).
As soon as you have paid you basically got/will get scr*wed:
(i) either you will receive a fake product or
(ii) if you want to cancel it is impossible. Although technically it is possible because you have 24h tehy always make sure you fall in the exception that the products are not yet being shipped. Once you ask to cancel they will ask a DHL waybill which will provide them (and you) with a tracking number, although no products have been shipped or no products are even yet with DHL.
Why are they doing this? Because their policy states that if you cancel within 24h and it works, you will get reimbursed for 100% and they prefer the option where they deliver the product, where you then have to refuse shipment. This will make them $25 per article as well as the Tax rate on the value of the product, which their policy states they can keep (.e.g for a value of $1000 ex-tax, they will keep $250 for Euopean buyers); Not too bad to make $275 by simply delivering goods (which are reknown to be fake if i read the reviews well), which will be returned to them anyways if you wanted to cancel

I ordered two shirts, but they were too small. As cettire doesn’t offers exchanges, I requested a refund. The refund process took almost three weeks and at the end they only refunded 70% of the amount that I paid. They kept the taxes and the shipping fee and I lost almost €80.
