“I bought a Longchamp handbag which was supposed to be leather, but was plastic; I was upset because the bag was expensive and obviously fake. After much searching, I realised that there was a returns system so I sent the bag back. Eventually, Cettire acknowledged receipt of the bag by return, but, they then kept me waiting for a refund for 17 days because they stated that the bag was being checked! When I pointed out the ridiculous nature of drawn out checking, they thanked me for my patience!
I then launched a fraud claim through my bank, and eventually got a refund. However, much to my annoyance, they stopped £20 for absolutely nothing, moreover, they refused to refund me the extra money or to explain why they stopped the money.

“Ordered bag in one colour. Got sent the bag in another colour. Their website says they don’t do exchanges, only refund on return of goods less a fee. Twice I explained in detail, together with links to my order etc that they had failed to actually select and dispatch the bag in the colour that I had ordered. I expresslysaid I expect full refund given error was theirs. And they finally admitted in email that the error was theirs and asked if I wanted an exchange, despite that their bloody FAQs says they don’t off et exchanges. I declined to allow them to bugger it up again. Took 3 weeks but finally got refund but less about AUD$32! I know it’s not much money but the cheek of these cretins to charge a customer a handling fee all because they cannot organise to do the simplest task correctly. Infuriatingly bad customer service and appalling attitudes. Avoid Cettrie at all cost.”
“Same as everyone else: I bought an item, it came HUGE (they said because "it's a different season, sizes vary"---not possible that TODS sizes varies 1.5 sizes season to season!). I contacted my bank and they are on top of it. SO shady. Cettire said to send photos which of course I did and that they were "escalating it" b/c given the issue w the item, I was not willing to pay for shipping. They later contacted me w essentially a tough luck message and "now you've exceeded the return timeframe. They say I should've just sent it back on my dime and my initial request was they pay for the return. Don't buy from them..... I've also emailed Tods corporate as I've always purchased from them in the past.”

“This is beyond the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. First, their process for returns is 10 days. But, they ask photos of items and take a few days to answer. By the time all was said and done, my window for return was closed. An agent emailed me stating they’ll go ahead and return the items but, I needed to let them know asap!
