Return option ended before 14 days - no answer from costumerservice The policy says "You may return the goods to us 14 days after receipt. I received the order on 8/3/23. I've been trying for 3 days to return it until today, 8/17/23 (still in Ruhe 14days) - unfortunately without success. I don't get an answer either

I order days ago a bag, they took 25€ and 20€ extra for express and taxes, adding on that the status is still unfulfilled, even i didnt receive any email regarding the order, im trying to send them emails with no responses, that’s terribly awful, hoping to get updates regarding all what i paid :/

These are def fake products they are selling, WOW I am surprised they are still in business. What a mistake using this fake .....I bought 3 pairs of shoes and one belt.....all are fake what a SCAM

Do not buy from them. Awful and incompetent customer service. Bought over 100$ worth of goods from them+ with 25$ « express shipping ». They never sent me any sort of update about my order, no status update, no tracking number, nothing. When a reached out to them to figure out what was going on, the incompetent customer service associate was only able to tell me that it would cost me 25 dollars to cancel an order that they hadn't even shipped yet. Worst online shopping experience ever. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

On 7/18/23, I ordered a jacket from the online company Cettire. I realized that I ordered the wrong size. I emailed them right away in changing the size and their response "Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. However, we recommend that you return the order after delivery and separately purchase other items you may desire". So I placed an order for the correct size right away. When I received both items, I had to open the sealed plastic it came in so I can return the wrong size. I mailed out the package on 7/20/23. Only then I realized that I got charge for 2 items. I emailed Cettire regarding the status of my refund on 8/2/23. They replied "Apologies for the delay.We have yet to receive an update regarding the outcome of the return from our team. We have escalated your return to our team to get back to us urgently. Once we receive feedback, we will proceed with the refund accordingly". The next day they sent me an email "The item returned to us was damaged. Please see the corresponding images attached for your clarification. Unfortunately, we have to reject the return because it was not returned to us in the same condition as shipped". The jacket had lotion smeared on one of the side. I responded to their email in regards to the "damage" and it was not damage that was a lotion and it was easily removed. I also questioned the respond from their customer service. How was I not informed about the damage right away? Why am I the one to contact their customer service through email to find out that it was damage? The manager responded with "However, upon careful review of your case, there is unfortunately nothing further we can do if an item is returned to us in an unsaleable condition and does not adhere to the requirements clearly stipulated on our website". I responded to their email that the unsealable condition was to confirm that I am returning the correct size and the lotion was probably mishandled by their staff. There is no direct telephone number to contact them and only through email was the only form of communication. I felt that I was scam by this company as they rejected my request for refund.

Ordered two of the same item for size so needed to return one. No returns paperwork in parcel so I emailed CS to start return. No response. Chased them. They responded 2 weeks later saying the had responded to original message (they hadn't) and I'm now passed the 14 day return window so not allowed to return the spare item. I'll never shop with them again.

I bought a pair of $475 sneakers from them. They arrived while I was on vacation, so when I returned and tried them on, I realized they were one size too small. I attempted to exchange them, but they "do not do exchanges." How do you sell shoes and not offer exchanges? I even checked the sizing to make sure it was right, but they were too small. They told me they had to be returned and a new one purchased. By this time, their VERY SHORT return window had passed and they would also not let me return them. Their customer service is AWFUL. Please do not buy from them.

Received a bikini with a used bag and horrible quality. Company kept giving me the runaround about my refund. Just submitted a claim with chase so I can get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Zero Stars, probably fraud, DONT BUY! in my first order they got me suspiciously low quality designer stuff, in second order they pretended that they never got the payment so they should cancel the order and I still wait for my 2,400 euros! Below more detailed Warning, don’t buy! This website is probably fraud. I’m shopping for many years through websites like farfetch, Mytheresa etc, and I always had very good experience so when decided to do so by cetirre I was supe ignorant of what would happen… So I first bought two designer’s trousers. When I received the products I saw extremely poor quality. However, since they were heavy discounted I thought maybe it was a very old season and that material was just fashionably different etc and honestly did not pay attention. I just returned, paid the 25 euros fee (for each of them ….) and after loooong time got reimbursed minus the 50 euros… Some months later, I spotted some designers bags in sale. Once again I didn’t get suspicious that no other website had a discount on these (I regret my ignorance now…). So I paid some thousands and waited for my products. 2 days later after I got notified by the e-Bank that transaction gone through, I got an email from CETIRRE saying that there are insufficient funds in my bank account and so my order should be voided. Of course in today’s digital world it took me only 2 min to check my back account and see that my payment was normally taken and it was pending approval from the merchant. Of course in this case the funds were taken out of my account. To be sure, I also called my bank (an international known bank) and they confirmed again that transaction was successfully completed and it seemed that the supplier just had to pull in the money. Also they told me that as the transaction has normally gone through, I could not cancel and get my money back, unless the merchant returns to me. So, I contacted CETTIRE , showed them my bank statement and hoped it was just a misunderstanding. What I got, was a very unresponsive behaviour and almost “automatic”emails keep saying the same fake story: that transaction is problematic and purchase was cancelled and I need to repurchase. It’s now 7 days after our emails and I still have not the money in my bank account. A last hint, just after they told me that order is cancelled, the items I bought got back to increased price…. You can draw your own conclusions.

I received the box without the product inside. They blame DHL for it but DHL delivered the package intact and the box did not have the shoes I purchased. Cettire refuses to reimburse or replace my stolen goods. Beware, if you receive an empty box you will not be able to get a refund. So disappointed .

Horrendous company. Impossible to generate a return because their website keeps saying it is so busy, their website can't handle the requests. There is no way of phoning them and the 'customer website seems like a black hole. Do NOT buy from this company and go to reputable companies such as NetaPorter or My Theresa or any other company than Cettire.

I read so many bad reviews for their return process but I could not believe them until it happened to me as well! This is by far the worst website I have ever shopped from! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. The first I returned the next day I got them and they told me today (which is 13 business days after they received them back) that the sticker on shoe box is teared! I didnt even try the shoes on! The second I paid Dhl on my own to get the shoes back to them on time since they were not replying to my emails and I have proof of delivery and they are telling me that they cannot find them! I have shopped from many websites before but i never had such a terrible experience! Stay away!

Bought a YSL pump and it’s probably fake as I received it in a damaged box and they smell glue . Moreover I sent them to return it they are not providing the invoice declaration for return and are not answering their emails . Will never buy again from this untrustworthy website and will report it .

They robbed me, I tried to return a bracelet too big for me. DHL ruined the box and now it’s my fault. I’m stuck with a 350$ bracelet that doesn’t fit because DHL ruined the box and Cettire won’t receive it

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND KEEP YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WITHOUT SELLING YOU THE MATERIAL! THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED AND IGNORED .

Waiting for my refund since February now, it‘s June already! This is the most disappointing customer experience and the most unprofessional service I ever experienced. I am in touch with the customer service team every month and haven‘t seen my money back even though I have proof of delivery.

The product, expensive luxury item, was never delivered after 2 months of order and multiple emails. When trying to cancel the order, they delayed the refund until I initiated dispute. Difficult to handle company. Although it is registered in Australia, it is a well below standard company.
