“I love my day owl mini! It looks exactly like the pictures. It’s super easy to use. It’s soft and flexible. It’s comfortable. I love that it zippers all of the way open so I can easily find anything that I stashed in my backpack!”

“Great bag. I travel a lot for work, and previously had an Away backpack. When the zippers on that bag fell apart, I needed a new one. It had to hold everything I need for work and I wanted a bag strap so that I can keep my backpack on my luggage while I run through busy airports. This checks all the boxes and is much roomier than my Away bag. I should have switched sooner.”

“While this back pack can be used as a personal item, but it could be a bit bigger. With the water bottle holder being tucked inside, it takes up valuable space . I would much rather have the bottle in an outside pouch. Improvements could be outside daisy chain loops to attach carabiner clips. Good padding on shoulder straps.”

“This backpack is incredible. I am an annoyingly picky person, especially when it comes to items that I will use regularly and over long periods of time. When I found Day Owl's backpack line, I was thrilled. Not only does the website make it extremely easy to compare and choose from their various models, but the descriptions and images are helpful and clear. This backpack is well constructed, and is the perfect size for my belongings. There are minimal pockets and zippers, and no slack from straps - just exactly what you need and storage in the places that make the most sense. It looks timeless and is sturd enough to last a long while. 10/10. No notes.”

“This backpack has many of the features I’ve been looking for, but it’s a too small. I’m using it for travel and have a large laptop, and packing and unpacking it is a challenge because everything is so snug. The pockets all fit in the interior, so when they’re full the pack is stuffed. Would be perfect if it were 10-20% bigger.”

“When my original Kickstarter backpack wore out I was happy to buy another one but I'm stuck in a bit of a Goldilocks situation. The Pro is too big but the Slim Pro, a similar size to my original, is missing a crucial pocket, and significantly smaller in the main compartment (due to being "slim").”

“Not the worst, not the best. I was given an Amazon option, which just gathered my information from Amazon, it did not give me Prime shipping, no benefit there. With that option, I was not given the option of an expedited shipping, as I have read, that is an option with other shipping options. Day Owl used UPS, the absolute worst shipping service for customer service. UPS has no customer helpful customer serice. I could see my item was on the truck and to be delivered that day. UPS delayed delivery 2 or 3 days after it was put on the truck and it was out for delivery. They have no way to get a hold of them except the general 800 number where the reps can only tell you its out for delivery. And while the item showed up "within" acceptable delivery timeframes, it was not acceptable to me to be told it was out for deliver and then not delivered for days.Day Owl could care less about this.”
