“Fast shipping, great products. I've recently purchased 2 of the backpack pros, one in black for my teenager and one in gray for myself. The separate padded zip pocket for laptops is brilliant; I love the waterproof pocket for water bottle/umbrella; my Samsung s22 phone (in a case) fits in the phone pocket, which is didn't expect; the large main space can fit my lunch and all the other things I need in a day (all the craft projects!). All in all a great bag!”

“Wow. I am so happy I found Day Owl backpacks and accessories. The products are well designed and high quality. After buying myself a backpack, everyone in my family ended up wanting one, too. I've now purchased 4 backpacks. I bought a set with one of my ordres and chose the crossbody, my daughter loved the crossbody so much that I've now bought a second crossbody for my other daughter. The pouch is perfect for carrying all of the cords for my electronics and I love having them all in one place. I highly recommend these products.”

“Communicative despite the delay for a pre-sale item (took nearly 6 months to receive a pouch). Timely responses and options to recieve order sooner if you wanted but would need to reorder, something I didn't really want to do so stuck out the waiting period. “So far so good! I like the minimal design and solid construction. Fits my Macbook Pro 16" no problem. I LOVE that it doesn't look too "corporate business" but still clean and put together (got the dark blue color). Roomy but doesn't overpower my petite frame (5'3"). Wish there was a hidden pocket on my backside for a minimal wallet/passport. The side pocket is a bit too narrow and I'd want a more secure location for quick access to important things. But that is me being picky.”
