“These bags rock! I had a backpack pro from a year ago and wanted to try out another size and the delivery was quick! Unfortunately the size was not the best fit, and customer service was wonderful in helping me get a return and pick another size, they were efficient, accomodating and just awesome!”

“Obsessed with this backpack! I did a lot of research before purchasing this bag, and gave myself permission to return if I didn’t absolutely love it… well I’m definitely keeping it and writing a review. Which is a huge testimony to how amazing this product is! I love that it is sustainable and the brand has a good mission. I also love the minimalist function and internal water bottle pocket! It fits everything I need while still being compact and cute! Highly highly recommend. I got the smaller version for my laptop air but would suggest the full size if you have a MacBook Pro”

“I purchased my first Day Owl backpack a few months ago and I loved it. I shopped around for a good while looking for the right backpack and I definitely found it in The Backpack. It met all of my everyday needs. Then it was stolen out of my car and I was devastated. I, of course, immediately purchased a new backpack from Day Owl because it was so hard to move throughout my days without The Backpack that I had gotten so familair with. It has so many wonderful designs and features, that are so simple and thought out, but my favorite one is the side pocket for my water bottle and for my phone. I don't use a case on my phone and it fits perfectly inside the little pocket. I really love those features. I had never spent a lot of money on a backpack before, but it was worth it to get something that is stylish and durable, plus it is made from all recycled materials. You should check our First Mile, which is an amazing company they partner with to create their products.”

“I researched a bunch of bags for the perfect one as a personal item for my frequent Frontier Airlines flights. I had it loaded with packing cubes and it easily fit in the personal items bin. I love this bag, I use it as my daily now.”

“My experience with Day Owl has been great! I placed an order a week before Christmas, and chose a faster shipping speed during checkout so the product would arrive before the holidays. However, my order was shipped with the normal speed. Senior Sales Manager Ty caught the error and quickly refunded the extra fees I paid for shipping, and provided me with a complimentary Day Owl Cord Pouch. I am very satisfied with my experience with Day Owl, and I have already recommended my partner to get the Day Owl Backpack! I love the mission of Day Owl, and cannot wait to support the company more in the future! Thank you so much!”
