Bisher 4 mal sehr gute Erfahrung gemacht. Guthaben war in Sekunden verfügbar, einmal schlechtere da hat es fast eine Stunde gedauert. Allgemein bin ich aber sehr zufrieden.

Stay clear of Ding...my account was compromised in July....4 payments taken out in the space of 5 minutes totalling £150 to Ukraine mobile numbers. When i contacted Ding customer care, there attitude was: Thanks for waiting. Our Security Team has reviewed your account and it has been confirmed that unfortunately, it does not fulfill our security requirements. We review all accounts to minimize risk to our business and protect customer transactions. Followed by: At this time we would recommend for you to find an alternative way to send your top-ups. Please, accept our apologies for any inconvenience this might cause. My response...So thats it....my account was compromised and you do nothing about it? There final reply was... I am sorry, we have tried all the possible options to solve the issue in your account but our Operations Team have provided us the final status of the account and as a result, you will not be able to send top-ups again. You have been warned...

When I heard about this up and my family was needed credit it was too late in my country they were not able to find credit cards, I used this up . Thank you so much Ding.

La dernière fois j’ai eu droit à ne pas payer de frais sur les 3 prochaines recharges on me l’a fait une fois et c’est tout. Très déçue je recherche un autre fournisseur. De plus vous pourriez offrir quelques minutes ou DA à la personne à qui j’envoie. Cordialement
