“Horrible, un fraude... estaba haciendo una recarga a VE usando mi tarjeda de la Republica Dominicana y sin mi autorizacion me cobraron 3 veces y ninguna recarga llego.. Es un Fraude total... voy a reportar eso ahora mismo...”
