“No one knows my debit card information after I used ding to send money 2x, someone used my debit card to place an order of 54.00 dollars. I strongly believe someone in ding company used my debit card information to place that order. I thought all debit card information was encrypted. I also received notice from Rebtel of debit/credit card fraud that this was going on with WhatsApp and Ding. Be careful with Ding!!!! Ding refused to cooperate with me. They did not want to release information at all.”

“The services provided by "Ding" are super amazing. I mean I was scared at first to try the service but either way I saw their ratings and they looked great so I decided, OK let me try. So I chose the country and entered the numbers after I decided to use PayPal to pay and after confirming payment, I checked my other phone to see if it really went through and I tell you, the transaction was processed at lightning speed 😬⚡and I got my topUp. Amazing service and I recommend it to my cousin and they also loved it, we love it.”

“Website is easy to navigate and use. Response time for completing a mobile recharge between countries is fantastic...no delay, transaction finalised immediately. The only criticism I have is that transaction is converted to $USD from $AUD and charged to my account in $USD where it is converted back to $AUD again, with a conversion fee applied twice (of course) and differing exchange rates, which means the final amount debited to my account is higher than what I initially paid in $AUD (a bit of a rort I think!!)”

“Bonjour, Votre système est fonctionnel et dans son concept actuel, il me permet juste de dépannage. Ceci dit, vous ne proposez rien de plus que la concurrence, du moins ceux que j'ai testé. Vos tarifs sont excessif par dessus tout. Jusqu'à présent, le meilleure système de tous demeure Orange Money. Il offre la possibilité d'avoir carrément un compte rechargeable autrement dit : de ma carte de crédit à mon compte perso, permettant ainsi de charger de l'argent en une seul fois soit un seul débit, facturation de carte de crédit, pas de traçabilité chez ma banque, bref que des avantages incomparable pour moi. Ensuite je peux recharger les compte de ceux que je désire avec création de nom et téléphone, les suivis, archives, possibilité de récupérer ses données ou de 'appuyez dessus pour faire mes prochains transferts, à moindre coup, très peu comparativement à vous. Possibilité si je ne m'abuse de payer avec Paypal directement sans avoir forcement à rattacher sur une carte de crédit. Evidement ca crée des sources de revenue supplémentaire car nouvelle catégorie de clients. J'espère que ca vous aidera à améliorer vos services surtout que ce genre de tuyaux, sont souvent payant. Et surtout j'espère voir tout ceux-ci sur votre plateforme rapidement. Excellente soirée.”
