“Ok so after reading several not so great reviews I did not know what to expect. After ordering the bar at the end of April the delivery date was 7 weeks later. I emailed near the delivery date to confirm delivery date still ok, received an email back the next day to say yes all ok. Bar delivered and you are sent a helpful tracking link so you get an idea of delivery time. Bar is great very pleased value for money. We were short of the roof felt, I sent an email and extra felt was delivered by fedex in a few days. Great customer service, always replied to my emails so I would recommend based on the service I received.( You have replied with saying sorry but the bar was not delayed it was on time and delivered on the expected date) maybe you replied to the wrong message? I was extremely happy with the service many thanks”

“We ordered a potting shed to be delivered to the Northeast of Scotland during lockdown. The driver was very nice and helpful and the components were all as we had expected. This is a flat pack product and tbh the quality was slightly better than we had hoped for. The design and ease of fitting are where we found the real value of this shed. “After years of crumbling wooden sheds, we made the decision to invest in a plastic model. Hopefully this will last us quite a few years! Hubby did his usual thorough research and we finally decided to purchase Palram 6x8’ Skylight classic in grey via Elbec. We would have given 5 stars if I hadn’t had to chase up our order…… twice. Although the problem was dealt with, it was poor customer service. My review is based on the actual shed. In preparation we watched a couple of construction videos to see how hard/easy it would be to put together. All looked fairly simple, especially if there are two people and it’s not a windy day. Our advice/tips would be:- Allow a full day for this job, even though the video tells you it will only take ½ day. This didn’t include emptying old shed or laying the base. Ensure you have factored in a solid base into your costings and planning. We used basic concreate paving slabs on sand. Make sure the base is completely level before you start construction. Lay out all the components of the shed before you start. Everything is numbered and there are fairly easy to understand and follow printed instructions in the box. The plastic panels slide easily into the brackets etc as long as you follow the numbering system. The instructions don’t actually tell you which is the outside of each panel, we had to figure this out. The shiny side is the inside of the shed. An electric screwdriver is a MUST. The video states you can achieve this job using a manual driver, but it will be hard work and take you twice as long. Don’t screw the base to the concreate base until you are finally happy with the location etc. We moved the shed around on its base until we were happy. Have a spirit level handy, even though the instruction leaflet doesn’t state this, you will need it! Have a drink, sit back and admire your lovely new shed. (hopefully to be kept tidy by Hubby)”
