“The shed was exactly as ordered,everything there as stated. Before construction if you sort and label the items, assembly will be a doddle. As mentioned in previous reviews window fittings were slightly flimsy whilst the window is very sturdy. I am in it every day and very pleased.”
“The delivery time slot was not as specific as advertised. And he was late. However the delivery man was very helpful and careful with the shed. The shed took a bit of diy to complete but for the price I was pleased. The window is a bit annoying as it is plastic and makes a noise when the wind blows but nothing I can't live with! Now it is up and complete I think it looks a very nice, smart little shed! I would definitely use elbec again.”
“Excellent!!! Me and my 9 year old daughter assembled this. Never done anything more ambitious than a flat pack cupboard but was easy enough although getting it square on the floor without gaps was fiddly. We use it as a rabbit house and it is solid and cosy.”
“i ordered my shed ,i was unsure at first but after reading good reviews on line i thought i would try elbec . The price was the best in the market the communication was great, delivery spot on and the quality very good. I am a builder so i constructed the shed my self and to be honest i could not be happier with the end product. 10 out of 10 all round”
“Delivered with not enough felt for the roof, only realising after driver had left. Had to use off cuts for the last row of felt. Both window fasteners broke after the first time I opened them, they won’t close as not lined up. The door wouldn’t close either. Had to be modified by a carpenter. Both side panels have such roughly sawn timber, that the splinters of wood look awful, yet cannot be sanded away as this is where the facia panel is. (which is pre attached) yet the edges of the back panels are fine, annoyingly as they won’t be seen. The facia panels supplied cover the front and sides, covering and holding down the felt that overhangs from the roof. There is NOT a facia to secure the felt at the rear, which can be seen and I believe will cause the felt to tear if the winds are strong. I will be buying new window and door fixings, and a facia panel for the rear. I actually haven’t got around to contacting elbec yet, but doubt that they will do anything. Once assembled and faulty windows and doors rectified and painted, I am very happy with the look of the summer house.”
“Great quality and Service The building arrived on time and in very good condition. The building instructions were clear and concise and I had it up in a day and roof felt the next day. Roof felt not the easiest job, but also not the hardest to fit. Beading for the windows is fiddly, especially if painting but the final result is worth it All in place and in daily use”

“Love my shed and so do my bunnies too, there new home is spacious for them the opening windows are a great benefit to the warm clammy days where it's raining yet warm so I can keep the doors closed yet the windows open”
“I bought a shed from Elbec Gardens which was delivered and provided by Shire Garden Buildings. They delivered a shed which had broken and missing items. I reported this straightaway and was told by Elbec that I could not get the missing/broken parts for another 7 days. It in fact took 10 days. After the wait they delivered wrong items. I sent several emails and wrote to Mr Smeeth CEO of Shire and received no response. I still do not have a complete shed. I am sure many have had good experiences but you only really know how good they are until an issue/problem needs to be resolved. Since posting my review I was contacted by Elbec who are in the process of resolving my issues so I have upgraded my rating to reflect that. I think much of the problem comes from Elbec sourcing the shed from varying companies and it is not made clear who the point of contact is if there is an issue as you receive emails from both companies. I ordered two sheds and this was the case in both instances. Also if parts are missing/broken then please be prepared to wait. Elbec have informed me that this is stated clearly on the website and in their terms and conditions.”

I must admit I was a bit unsure what the shed would turn out like, you hear so many bad reports, but I needn't had worried, right from the start the service was second to none and the workmanship on the shed was excellent. I would highly recommend this product. If your looking to buy a very well built shed at a reasonable price, look no further.”
