“They delivered on time and with care. The building was complete and although the instructions didn't detail every single step, it's 4 sides and a roof! Once built, it is sturdy enough and suits my needs.”

“Ordered an Elite Greenhouse Kit with and it was delivered as specified. Good quality, no missing parts and an unexpected free gift of a seed table and trays was most welcome, even found I had some glass panels and bolts left over. Automatic vents work well. If I was being picky it could have done with a few more diagrams in the instruction book but was realtively easy to work out.”
“Ordered Sunday delivered Fri direct from the manufacturer,kept informed at every juncture,summer house is as advertised came in sections with reasonably easy to follow instructions and came with all the fixings necessary to build it,happy with the quality for the price, spent a week painting it giving it 3 coats inside and out before building it which will hopefully preserve it for a good few years, looking forward to getting some use out of it now”

“I orderd a shire 8x6 overlap windowless shed very good all round experience once order i was kept up to date with delivery and delivery time the man who delivered it was very polite and helpful and an all round a very nice bloke will defo be ordering from here again if i could give more than 5stars i would”
“I bought a summer house from Elbec and when it was delivered I was disappointed by the quality of it - it was manufactured by one of Elbec’s suppliers and the finishing and quality control left a lot to be desired. I decided I wanted it returned, and this option plus a full refund was available. Elbec arranged an uplift and subsequently refunded me in full. At all times their communication was polite and extremely professional. They kept me informed, , promptly answered any queries by email and smoothed out a potentially awkward situation. I will make sure I avoid the manufacture in question in future, but was extremely impressed and satisfied with the way Elbec dealt with the situation. Incidentally, Elbec assured me that they would take the quality control issues up with the manufacturer.”
