“The mini greenhouse seemed well made when the kit arrived but when a professional tradesman came to put it together we found a very large knot in an upright piece that rendered it useless and a section of window beading was not cut enough so too tight and left a large gap so window rattled. Without the tradesman and his skill with repairing and recutting the greenhouse would not be made.”
“brillant value ,excellent quality ,great communication by Elbec kept in the loop from day one ,only had one minor issue resolved within 24 hours ,instructions so easy to follow, assembled in 2hours and placed in location set in post concrete, all completed within 6,hours looks brillant even at 69 and 76 yeasrs old we did the job”
“Whilst we are really pleased with our potting shed and the service that Elbec provided the few issues that we expererienced dropped the score from excellent to good. When order arrived the door was incorrect, we ordered a stable door and received a damaged full door. Customer Service at Elbec were really on the ball however, Shire let them down. The first time the delivery was timed for 8am - 12pm and the delivery arrive at 3 pm but in their defence the driver was brilliant, it was the deliveries prior to us that had caused the issue. When the correct stable door was was due to be delivered we were given a date but had to check with Elbec what was being delivered and, we were not informed what time slot hd been allocated to us. The delivery time however was sent to us on the morning of delivery 8am - 12pm and it arrived at about 10 am. So now happy customers. What a shame that we didn't feel that and excellent score was possible as we are really pleased now with our potting shed.”

“I'm sorry but I really can't give an honest review on the product which still has not been delivered. I have had a delivery but the wrong trellis has been delivered and is still here. Elbeck have phoned to explain shortage of my required product , the courier company have phoned re collection of what they had delivered but am still waiting for the correct trelis . So not best pleased and have still not had a confirmed delivery time. I am sorry to say cannot say I will be ordering through Elbeck again.”
“Now that it is built I am very happy with my shed, but the instructions weren’t very clear, and I do t feel the window fitted correctly, or was easy to install.

“My dealings with Elbec were cordial and helpful - but their supplier Shire was a disaster. The shed we ordered simply did not arrive on the day promised and no further delivery date was forthcoming from them. My strong impression was that Shire were prevaricating because the order was nowhere near ready. In the end, the order was delivered over a month late. It may be that Elbec originally promised a date that was unachievable, but if so Shire should have apologised for the mistake and offered a more realistic target.”
