“The quality of the shed is good but the delivery was poor. Having booked a day off work the delivery did not occur due to a “broken down vehicle” in this day and age that always seems suspicious to me. We were going away that weekend so could not take delivery that weekend especially as we were told it was upon us if we were not there. Therefore it was going to be arranged for a future date. To our horror we had an email the very next day informing us the delivery that morning. We were away with no chance to rearrange so unfortunately had to come back from our break as the shed was left on our drive. Not the service that we expected”

“Ordered the iceni potting shed 8×8. We are really pleased with the whole process from ordering delivery to construction of the shed. Having read some really bad reviews all I can say they must have been from the competition! Great product and well manufactured, easy to build and well thought out. One component was missing when it first arrived but customer services arranged for it to be replaced very quickly and also made a partial refund despite not being asked for one. Thankyou”

Good quality, no missing parts and an unexpected free gift of a seed table and trays was most welcome, even found I had some glass panels and bolts left over. Automatic vents work well. If I was being picky it could have done with a few more diagrams in the instruction book but was realtively easy to work out.”
