“Roofing felt was damaged on arrival, made a note on delivery note. Had to go and buy a roll, contacted company who said they would not reimburse cost. Then waited 2 weeks for them to send replacement felt!!, by which time shed was up and roof done. Poor service. Wont use company again”
“Following the directions on the ytwp papers we found it quite easy to install paint tokk two days then tne summer house whent up then shed fifelt roof fixing and glall to Finnish of, found it was a very good perchis”

“Had the Mercia summerhouse /shed 14ft x 6ft from ordering to delivering fantastic customer service had a corner summer house from there also at our old property . Now looking fo extra storage so going to buy an another small shed from them .would recommend without a doubt”
“Convenient delivery was arranged via online app. The delivery lorry could be tracked via online and turned up when predicted. Finally, the driver helped me take the products from the flat bed lorry to the garden. Added to this, a great quality product and I'm a very happy customer.”
“Ordered and paid for in June - first delivery 7th July all the floor was smashed to bits- second delivery date 13th Aug - then they call to say they don’t have any delivery drivers but would be delivered the next day instead. Lorry turns up with no potting shed in it - so he had driven 173 miles without product on board. Next delivery date arranged- for today the 19th of August. This time there was a hole in the floor and wood split. 2 more panels unloaded and the same split and wood with chunks out of it. At my wits end with the company as the summer almost over. There are resellers for shire who although a big company must do very little quality checks - so sad and disappointed”
“Disappointing experience. Rear panel was damaged on delivery. It took over a week and 4 phone calls to get a replacement, which was a completely different colour.
Quality of product was poor, as can be seen by my photos. One panel didn't have the overlaps nailed, so had to be fixed. Panel frames were poorly built, and didn't line up. Flooring is pretty thin and I don't think it will last long.”
“Door did not fit, needed shaving down. Holes in panels where edges of tongue broken off. one end panel had seven holes . Not enough felt suppled. Key did not work from outside due to badly aligned key hole. Some nails driven in at an angle and heads left protruding. Poor quality control.”
“I bought a 6 x 4 overlap apex shed for my son’s garden via Elbec Garden Buildings which offered the best price. Ordering was straightforward through the company website and I could select my delivery date. The shed was delivered on the day arranged. Tim the delivery driver was helpful and friendly providing me with plenty of notice of his arrival time. I was very pleased with the quality of the shed and it was straightforward to assemble but as the instructions state you do need a second person to assist. We were also pleased with the appearance of the shed when complete. The only negative is that the plastic windows are quite flimsy and one blew out on a windy day. I have had to reinforce the edging to prevent this happening again. With hindsight I would opt for the windowless version which would fine for this size of shed and would be more secure.”
