“The wood/log store we purchased was fine until we started to put the top panel on. The majority of the horizontal slats had bowed and we had to use extra nails and screws in order to get them flat, to stop rain water getting underneath and dripping onto the logs. For the money we paid, I was expecting all the wood to be in good condition.”

Called it through and followed up with an email then received at later date. So even if it goes slightly wrong it was corrected easily. Great job ?”

“When constructing the Arbour we found that the seat and backrest were twisted. We could not get them to lie flat. We had to discard them and construct our own seat and back rest. The angle of the back rest as supplied when fitted meant that the seat was too narrow to comfortably sit on. 1 small angle bracket was supplied to hold the roof panels together. Before making this review I phoned company to raise issues was promised call back but never happened.”
