“We eventually built the log cabin and it looks very nice. Needs 2 to assemble and not a job for the inexperienced. Customer Services at Elbec were very helpful indeed. It would help if the log cabin packers would pack similar logs together in lots, so that the delivery could be easily checked - we had a big pile and didn't have the energy to sort them out into same types for checking.”
“A great shed but why does they have to be a but on anything well I will tell you it came as told the driver was great and helpful loads of parts not a problem then take a look at the drawing not clever it was a good job there was two of us and one was a joiner my self a engineer it needs to be a simpler way to put it together but overall a great buy and a great shed and a very good company to deal with”

“Some of the shed pieces did not fit properly and so had to be handsawn. Also the instructions were diabolical. Explaining which way round doors should go would have been far more helpful. Pre-assembly instructions should have been labelled Step 1. Door lock was faulty”

It has been painted cream outside and green inside and looks good. I was so pleased with the delivery, quality and ease of erection that I also bought a little sentry box shed to keep my tools in. “great bit of kit the driver could not get the lorry up thill to the house because of the cars parked on the corner, so i went in my car and brought up the arbour but the biggest bit would not fit in the car so the drver carried it up . He was knackerd by then i gave him a lift down the hill . The arbour looks great in the garden cannot fault the service i had a replacement part was sent because it had a bad split the lady in customer service was very helpful thanks Alan”
“the 2 top triangles glass parts did not fit very well but otherwise ok and the delivery service was good but they could not help when I rang and told them of the tight fit of the 2 parts so I sorted out myself but had to leave a slight gap at the top of apex”
“I bought the Shire Goodwood Bison from Elbec. They were helpful in the pre-sales and the order handling process worked perfectly. Delivery was included, something other suppliers wanted up to 30% of the shed price for. I booked a delivery date with Shire and it arrived as promised with a helpful driver who helped me put the components in the garden ready for my assemblers. The quality of the shed is excellent with strong 3x2 framing. I'm very happy to recommend both Shire and Elbec.”
“After looking at sheds at several garden centers and B&Q, I decided to look on line and came across elbec, advertising the shed I was looking for at a reasonable price. I placed the order and it was delivered on time with no problems at all. It was simple to erect and it only took a morning with a little assistance from my wife. I'm 67 years old, so you don't have to be Bob the builder to put one of these up. Great shed, if I could have attached a picture I would have, because now it's been painted a nice green and grey it looks great, and well worth showing off. One minor gripe. Could do with tougher glass or perspex for the windows.”

This shed is perfect and allows me somewhere to store garden tools etc. It fits neatly against the wall of the shared access accommodates all necessary tools, spare paint etc. it is also now a lovely Forget me not blue.”
