“This was my first order from Electrocity. I purchased a tumble dryer, because Electrocity offered the best price. The whole process, from order to delivery was a good experience. It took around 4 days to take delivery of dryer. I reached out them to track the order, learned the delivery day and they informed me before delivery.”

“When I spoke to the manager at Waterford store, he told me that I would only get the manufacturers guarantee of 1 year: I believe that under EU regulations it should be 2 years. Other than that the Electro City offer good value”
