“The order was supposed to be ready for collection within a couple of days, however after approx 10 days I received an email advising that it was going to be a bit longer. The lady asked if I wanted to cancel the order or wait for it to come in a which point she would have it delivered to my home at no extra cost. Great customer service.”

“Unfortunately I ordered my fridge on 14th of June expecting it in 3-4 days I got a text 21/6 to say it will be with me before 12 on 22/6. I then missed a phone call at 8 ( I was sleeping) when I rang back I didn't get an answer rang direct to be told it has to be rescheduled. I am still without a fridge & very upset about the whole thing & sorry now that I bought from you.. very very dissapointed customer. Won't be using you again & will let my 8 siblings know to never use electricity.”
