“I don't remember buying anything off them recently. Not sure why they are fishing for feedback. I did buy a TV in 2018, and it was a terrible waste of money. Nothing but problems. I contacted their support via a webform on the electrocity website, and by email, at least 5 times, while the TV I bought was still under warranty. I don't think I ever received a reply. Yet, they were back to me in 5 minutes after I left a review saying I didn't buy anything off them recently. I've no idea why they are emailing me looking for feedback 3 years later. They really are useless, and I've revised my feedback down from 3 stars to 1 to match what I think of their service. The support is terrible. No, I definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.”
