“I usual purchase all of my electrical goods from Electrocity. I find their prices & offers very good. The only downside would be the service, it can be very slow sometimes & you would have to find a staff member to get help rather than them coming to you.”

Hi Gareth, thank you for taking the time to write a review – we value all feedback, good or bad. In this case your range cooker was listed as a special order item which we do mention can take a significant amount of time to arrive as these are made to order. We don't like to pass blame, but in this case Beko were experiencing incredible delays with both their factories and delivery partners which meant your order was pushed back several times. We are looking at ways to the experience of ordering a special order product more seamless.

“Bought a Fitbit versa 2 pink last year, it arrived with a damaged box the watch was loose in the box and powered on, every device in the house detected a Fitbit versa 2 that needs to be set up so the element of surprise for the birthday gift was gone. Emailed a complaint email was responded to that day to replace the watch. Waited a week no replacement watch or slip arrived no follow up email. Emailed again. They phoned me and told me they only have the grey model left even though the website showed the pink model was still in stock, I was left with no choice to keep the item which looked used as her birthday was too close. Emails were never responded to after that.”

“I am delighted with the product. my order seemed to get lost in out of stock to in stock and I had to chase it up. When it was sorted Electro City delivered it to me (for the inconvenience) which was great because I had opted for the instore collection.”
