“I was really disappointed with my experience with Electricity. I ordered with yourselves in order to try support local when getting a new printer. There was some sort of delay that was not communicated to me. After multiple phone calls I was assured it would be in the following week. This turned into months. When I did finally get the printer there was no apology or compensation for the hassle.”
