“I had a fantastic experience with ElectroCity, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! Their prices were competitive, and delivery was on time. However, what really stood out was how they handled an issue with the dryer I purchased. When the dryer developed a problem, Mairead in customer service was absolutely brilliant. It was collected the very next day, and my refund was processed shortly after. It’s only when you encounter a problem with a company that you see how good they really are. Many companies are great at making the sale but fall short on customer service. ElectroCity excels at both. Well done, you’ve earned a loyal customer!”

“I have no recieved my orderhave contacted the courier and they have no record of the order yet I recieved email from electrocity on the 11th November to say it was processed and out for delivery I have paid I full for my dryer and am very frustrated and want what I paid for ,there is no customer support at all and no contact details Show quoted text”
