“Still have not received my order that dispatched on 31/1/23 when your site says 1-2 business days and it’s now the 9/2/23. When I emailed for an update I was told it was coming direct from the supplier but no actual update???”

“Bloomberg machines on the ElectroCity web attract sales by implying there is a 5 year warranty. When registering the machine the warranty is stated as 3 years. I made my purchase based on this incorrect information!!”
