“I paid for my fridge to be installed and a man came to deliver it and said someone else would install it. Still waiting”

“Caulfield Transport (who electro city use as delivery partner) were unreliable with delivery. After phoning their office to confirm a day , the told me the item would be delivered on the wrong day. Once I rang again to confirm a new day, the gave me the wrong time . Incompetence at its finest”

“You could have given a data cable to connect the laptop to the printer. We could not install the HP Smart app in our phone due to net connection issue. We also tried to install the app in our laptop. But the compatible software was not available in the App Store. When we emailed you requesting for a data cable, your team member replied that the cable was not part of the standard package. It is very sad that we could not make full use of the product we purchased and thus didn't receive full value for the money spent.”
