“I usual purchase all of my electrical goods from Electrocity. I find their prices & offers very good. The only downside would be the service, it can be very slow sometimes & you would have to find a staff member to get help rather than them coming to you.”

“Bought a cheap tablet through the web site and used humm finance..paid on a Saturday went to collect it as I live within a kilometre of the store but none in stock so had to come back on a Tuesday.. Also went into buy a tv eairly in the new year and the one I picked out on the web site wasnt in stock in the carlow store either-so got one sone where else..disappointing as I like to shop local..also bought a cooker that was delivered last December..that went fine. bought online”

“I got a new fridge and when I received it and open it up from package it wos all scratch I sent photos and emails to yous and wos told I’d get a 10% discount off my bill, but I never got it and still had to pay full price ☹️”
