“I ordered a Smart watch on Monday 5th, I received an email to say ready for collection the next day. I went to collect in the Waterford store and I was told it is out of stock and there was one in Carlow and for the inconvenience, they would get it delivered to my home the next day. I had to ring and follow up as I didnt hear anything. I was told we will get one couriered from Kilkenny and after multiple phone calls I still have no watch and no update and it is the 15th now,”
