Hi Craig, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you didn't find our reply explaining the new energy labels satisfactory. As explained, the energy labels have transitioned to a new scale meaning the older A+++ rating is a D rating on the new scale. The appliance uses the same amount of energy and costs no more to run. The new scale is intended to incentivise manufacturers to produce even more energy efficient machines in the future. “We purchase all of our major appliances from ElectroCity, not beaten on price but nobody comes close for service. Ordered our new washing machine on a Sunday afternoon and by 9:00am Tuesday it was delivered and on its first cycle. The delivery driver couldn’t have been more courteous and professional. ElectroCity are the full package.”
