“The service provided was very poor it took 10 days to deliver a dis washer and another 2 days for it to fitted. I was told when ordering it would be delivered in 3/4 days .”

Hi Fiona, Thank you for leaving us a review, sorry to read that the delivery time-frame may have been missed on this occasion, in relation to installations this can add on some additional days to your delivery, as we deliver to the installer first, who then completes the delivery and install together from their side based on their current install schedule, However, we have now noted this on our installation option on the website to avoid any confusion going forward, and will feed this back to our delivery partners, Kind Regards, Ronan McDermott Online Department Manager
