“I was urgently trying to find a replacement glass hob, It was needed quickly as A jar fell from a cupboard right onto the glass, which the landlord had installed the day before, and the Kilkenny branch found me one as their stock of that particular model was showing 0. I had a replacement within 48hrs. To this day my landlord is totally unaware of what took place. I'll probably tell him about it one day! Regards”

“Customer Service is utterly poor, it's because click and collect take a long days of waiting without even any call or message about the reason of delayed....I log in ffor the live chat then an operator start the conversation...when I ask about my order it makes me waiting for 4minutes until it closed without even getting me back for a chat...very disappointing.. If you have click and collect do not take the payment unless you have the stock of supply to produce so that the customer has a choice to look for other alternative.”

“Great shop, someone always answers the phone when you call which is nice! Very helpful staff. I only dock a star because they messed up my delivery address - online department did not communicate with warehouse/delivery so absolutely not the fault of the delivery drivers! Would shop here again no problem and would recommend :)”
