Customer Service is utterly poor, it's because click and collect take a long days of waiting without even any call or message about the reason of delayed....I log in ffor the live chat then an operator start the conversation...when I ask about my order it makes me waiting for 4minutes until it closed without even getting me back for a chat...very disappointing..
If you have click and collect do not take the payment unless you have the stock of supply to produce so that the customer has a choice to look for other alternative.
