“Remote stopped working on my new Samsung TV. Contacted electrocity to get replaced under warranty but they refused. Contacted Samsung directly and they are replacing the remote control under warranty. Very poor after sales service.”

Hi Morgan, we do apologise for this process. Unfortunately, it is Samsung policy to not issue accessory replacements directly to stores, only to the customer.
