“Click and collect is very slow was not available in store had to get one that was cheaper than what I ordered on line and still d did not get balance back that I was owed”

“It's like sell-and-forget strategy. Prices are cute but aftesale service is confusing between ElectroCity and Euronics, then mute. Presales are also seem to have a little clue of their own merchandise. To save one's nerve, not recommended.”

“I got a new fridge and when I received it and open it up from package it wos all scratch I sent photos and emails to yous and wos told I’d get a 10% discount off my bill, but I never got it and still had to pay full price ☹️”
