“Good service by electro city but disappointed by choice and lack of care of courier. PS5 ordered and delivery was thrown over my gate and left out on a rainy day. I was at home and no attempt to ring doorbell. I hope and pray it’s ok as this is for a Christmas present. You should be able to view the photo that was left for proof of delivery”

“Everytime I use the Waterford store the service is fantastic. Yesterday I had ordered a number of items and needed to pick them up earlier. The lovely staff member was so accommodating and helpful. I hope he is being paid enough because he deserves it. Top notch service”
