“Everything went smoothly from the first telephone call through to delivery and fitting. I called for advice with regards to measuring as I wanted to replace an existing fire surround keeping the existing hearth and backing. Called measurements through on Monday, surround delivered on Thursday exactly the time they said it would be delivered. The fire surround fitted exactly in the same place as old one, you would not know it was replaced. I would recommend the company to anyone looking for a fire surround.”

“Wasn't sure about the wood colours but was sent samples very promptly although the light oak seemed lighter than we thought it would be but I think that was because it was unfinished. The actual shelf, which I assume has been oiled was a deeper shade, just right.
Easy to fix, although needs careful measurement as two bolts are supplied that have to be spaced to within a mm or two to ensure the shelf slots on and is level.
Very good quality shelf, looks really good. Would recommend company.”
