The fire was made to my specification and looks perfect. Delivery was as promised. Nothing to fault.
Delivery was included, but you need someone handy to complete the fit (e.g. assembling the fireplace, connecting to the mains if you have a hidden power supply and notching out the skirting board if you have one) but it all seemed very straightforward.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a fireplace that's a step up in quality from a ready assembled one you'd get from a diy store.”
“So glad i chose this company. Im always dubious of ordering on line but the ordering, many questions later (i needed to confirm size, inset etc) and delivery could not be faulted.
The fireplace looks gorgeous. Its natural beauty and workmanship tell their own story. Im so pleased with it. It looks substantial, well made, fab is the only way to describe it. What i would add is that in the home it looks even better than the online pictures. Ive just had an inset stove fitted and wasnt sure how the surround would look with it - i love it.
When ive finished decorating im going to send over some pictures.
