“We found the company on the internet. Rang them and had a really good chat about what we fancied. We had an old fashioned fire place and have modernised a bungalow which now looks up to the minute. We decided on an oak shelf above an inset gas fire and a black granite hearth. Delivery by hand to Kent, timed delivery. Shelf goes on easily with bolts supplied but just waiting for our skilled friend to do it as whilst it is a simple thing to do we do not want to spoil it.
Do yourself a favour and check them out. Mick and staff excellent, product excellent and doubt you will beat their price.”

“I can't put into words just how utterly amazing this company is! A family company with the most phenomenal customer service I have ever experienced! From the very first message I sent, I knew I was in the best hands. I can?t thank Mick and Danny enough for everything they done for me.
I ordered a bespoke oak beam fire surround along with a matching mirror and it is just BEAUTIFUL! I live in Edinburgh and Danny was in touch via email and phone to help me every step of the way in getting the exact colour and design that I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble! They were always there when I needed them. Danny even spoke to me over various weekends as that was easier for me.
The guys even went so far as to arrange for their delivery driver, Mark, to collect a little unit from my house in Edinburgh to take it all the way back to Birmingham to make sure the fire surround and mirror were matched to the exact same colour and design that I was looking for!
I just couldn?t believe the finished products! ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! A solid, chunky, oak beam fire surround and mirror finished with the most beautiful oil and wax. I couldn?t believe it when it came through the door! It was EXACTLY what I had hoped for! Their workmanship and skill is utterly phenomenal and they are just the loveliest of guys! It?s good to know that there are tradesmen like that out there and who take so much pride in their work.
I can?t put into words just how happy I am with everything! From start to finish these guys have been incredible! They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything and I?ve never experienced service like this before! I honestly can?t recommend these guys highly enough! Reliable, honest, trustworthy and highly skilled at what they do! ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!!

Mick at Oak fire surrounds was such a great guy when I rang him with a few questions, he explained everything I asked of him in such a way that was easy to understand. Put my mind at rest with all my queries & made sure my new fire surround would accommodate my existing fire. He even offered to store it for a couple of extra weeks until we were ready for it.
Overall, we are extremely pleased with our new fireplace, it looks fantastic & could not have asked for a better experience.
