The Company is in Birmingham & I live in Swansea, but it was free delivery. The whole process was easy from start to finish. Although on the website you see prices for standard sizes, we had taken an old surround out, so the new fire surround had to fit into the original space. These alterations were not charged for.

“Made my own measurements of my existing fireplace and rang designer fireplaces (DF) to order a new model. DF staff talked me through the order and made some slight adjustments to my dimensions to accommodate the design I had selected. (Can't beat expert knowledge) The fireplace when delivered was exactly what I required and fitted the existing marble backing and hearth perfectly requiring no adjustments. To double check the DF staff who delivered the new fireplace insisted in offering it up to position to check there were no problems, there were not. The delivery man also left me a full set of wall mountings and a tin of oil to treat the wood of the new fireplace. Would recommend this first class company to anyone with no reservations.”
