“After ordering samples which arrived promptly, I ordered the fireplace online and was contacted immediately to confirm the order and discuss what fire was to be fitted. When told it was a glass fronted high efficiency gas fire, I was immediately informed that the marble back panel would need to be a three piece panel to avoid it cracking. I was kept informed of the time of delivery and arrangements were made to ensure we would be in for the delivery, including ensuring an early morning time slot of 6am to fit with our previously arranged plans. The delivery drover was excellent and delivered the items carefully to the required room. The whole process was friendly and professional, and the quality of the items is excellent. Highly recommended!”

“Very helpful over the phone when placing an order, we had a fire surround made to our own measurements.
Delivery was expected two to three weeks later.
We received a phone call about an hour later, amazingly they said they were delivering in our area the very next day!
Asking if their craftsman could make our surround that day would I be happy to receive it the very next day!
Bearing in mind this is being made to our measurements made to order.
Our fire surround was delivered 5pm the next day!

“Ordered the fireplace suite in Spanish Nacarado with downlights and a slider control to ignite the fire. It arrived on time and was in excellent condition.
I fitted it myself into an existing brick chimney/flue with the clear, straightforward instructions provided. The sales team at Designer Fireplaces had already given me the 'basics' and told me to call them if I needed any help at all.
I used a registered gas fitter to make the final connection and check my installation to be on the safe side and meet requirements.
It looks fantastic and very pleased all round with the purchase - would definitely recommend this company.”

“We had Designer Fireplaces recommended to us by a fireplace fitter. We reviewed the company online and were able to view a range of different fireplace options from their comprehensive and detailed website, both for oak surrounds and marble options. As well as a variety of separate fireplaces and fires, both gas and electric, there were a number of packages with fires and fireplaces sold together at a discounted price. We were impressed by what we saw and preferred the choices available to those advertised on other sites. There were full details given regarding size etc, and when contacting a representative on the telephone, they could not have been more helpful, even sending samples of the marble for the fireplace we were considering buying. They also were able to source and provide an electric fire we had chosen online which was not advertised on their website. When it came to delivery, this was completed on the agreed date and time and no payment was requested until after this and we were completely satisfied.
