“The store was beautifully presented. Clean and bright. Clear to know what the brand was. Easy to move around the store, I liked the colour co-ordination of the clothing, with up to date trends. Staff were presentable and welcoming upon entering the store.”

“I only popped in as I’ve not shopped in French Connection in a long time. I spent a fortune. Thanks! Seriously though, I think the sales assistant was so thoughtful, encouraging and not at all pushy - it encouraged me to try things on and I was hooked.”

“Entering the McArthur Glen store is always a treat. The last two occasions I have been treated to 5* customer service with helpful and friendly assistance from the sales advisors and even a glass of bubbly on their first anniversary. The layout is always conducive to a pleasant shopping experience, the range is great and the service is fantastic.”
