“I had seen a top in the Meadowhall store but I needed a larger size. It was out of stock online so I rang head office.I thought I would have to go pressing numbers to get through but the pjone was answered straight away. She was so helpful I'm sorry I don't know her name .She gave me 3 stores to ring who had the item I wanted in the size I needed.”
