“Went into French Connection in Chester after a summer wardrobe and loved quite a few items and designs. The quality was impressive and very soft which attracted me. I tried on several items and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I was very happy with my purchases which for the quality were a reasonable price and I have my eye on further items to complete my matching wardrobe. Very impressed.”

“Last week, I visited your outlet store in Gretna and purchased the seersucker relaxed shirt. Although my preferred size was unavailable, I selected a larger size due to my appreciation for the colour and fabric. Upon returning home, I discovered the correct item on your website was listed with an additional 20% discount. As a result, I purchased another shirt and intend to return the original one. This morning, I returned the item to the store and was informed that I am not eligible for a refund, as their policy allows only for an exchange or the issuance of a credit note. I am dissatisfied that I was not informed about this initially and, as a result, I will refrain from shopping in your outlet stores in the future.”
